A saved game for Starflight II:

For a detailed description of this "version" of Starflight, check out the Starflight 2 Alien Territories discussion thread here.
Basically a series of discoveries by jlhorner1974 and myself on how Starflight II stores system and planet data. By changing one offset, you change the planet type, the display on the system map, and the culture of the planet (if any)
In this game, all the nearby systems are packed with a few of the useful cultures:
28,79
P4 - Gorzek
P3 - HUMNA HUMNA 3 216,45 (Flux Scanner)
P2 - HUMNA HUMNA 4 237,88 (Encounter Scanner)
P1 - TEEELVEEE
29,74 - TANDELOU ESHVEY (unchanged)
35,73 - Starport (unchanged)
34,74
P4 - NATRACCH
P3 - G'NUNK (no, I can't move the ships over to this system yet)
P2 - NG-KHER-ARLA
P1 - DRAFII BASTII
34,71
P4 - Spemin (101,85 - P1 - Hooplah)
P3 - NGA-SENG-KLER
P2 - NGA-SENG-DIUL
P1 - AEORUIIAEO
35,69
P4 - HUMNA HUMNA 6 7,151
P3 - DJABOON
P2 - eshvara (unchanged)
P1 - HUMNA HUMNA 2 237,41
No, I didn't move any fleets around, so none of the fleets are around homeworlds.
But it proves how Starflight II stores planetary data...
